the backgrounds fine (the bit in the middle reminds me of a 'spine' which judging by your work , is what its probably supposed to be? lol - well, I submitted resume's to skynet and the borg, but the responses weren't encouraging. Skynet sent a terminator back from the year 2034, knocked on my door, asked in a bad austrian accent if I was verdi. when I said yes, he started laughing so hard his processor fell out and he self destructed. So much for that one. The Borg sent an email saying something about "avoiding your planet due to unevolved life forms detected. We DON"T want to assimilate YOU." so, I was turned down by darpa, and told off by the Borg. Eh. ,lol.

Ok, so this place still looks like hell, but I'm working on it. Too much work and other things have been keeping me from doing all that much here as quickly as I want. Compared to my deviant art account, I'm starting to consider this page a red headed stepchild. But, I'm working on fixing that. Ya'll with these beautiful, clean webpages are great. Makes me realize how hacked to pieces this all looks. Eh, Even if I get it to a point I'm happy with, It'll still look weird when I get done. Enough about that.
On positive notes, the background has changed (also in development) and I uploaded a bunch of photos and such, so please feel free to peruse if you would. Have a laugh or two (on company time if you are sly & cunning). Ok, I finally got one of these damn gear GIFs to load. Uber doesn't seem to like multiple change outs on title bars. I sat here the other night for 30 minutes trying to get the "mechanical menagerie..." piece to load. Now it is. cool bones. So, that gives ya'll an idea of what the title bars will finally look like on photos, etc.
Alright, so this is where I post verbal inanity, digitally rendered. This being my first blog post, and being that the page as you see it before you is a mess, I should put something interesting here, no? So let's see what foolishness my mind can produce....
So I obviously am still working on this uberosity, as I've mentioned previously. Ideally, what you see before you on my page is a rough sketch in progress as to how this will finally come together. I am trying to get some sort of mechanical uniformity with this page before I finally lump it in with the artists on this site (which by the way will make all their pages look even better than they already are, being that mine looks like what a 10 year old with power tools would come up with; sans crayons,lol). At any rate, to any artists (including Art himself), I've been perusing your pages and looking for ideas to replicate and assimilate and the problem isn't so much that there aren't any good pages. No, that would be easy. It's that I haven't seen any bad ones. Seriously. They all look great. So, it gives me a bar to aim at. Keep being inspired. I'm just being insipid, lol.
At any rate, I'm sure you're wondering, "who is this idiot, what is he doing, what is wrong with this guy, and why am I still reading this tripe?!"
To which I respond:
I go by the handle verdigrisjester. I also answer to Verdi, jester, "hey moron"; you know, whatever works.
I, for my own part, make... uh.... erm... "things", as you can see. Some call it art, others call it "3 dimensional manifestations of severe psychosis with a side order of "attention needs" issues". whatever you call it, that is what I do. Really though; Mechanical assemblage, drafting (architectural), painting, drawing, some photoshopping, etc. That should be a little clearer.
As for what is wrong with me, keep checking in on the patient from time to time. There is too much to see and none of it could ever possibly be verbally described.
and the last part, you tell me.
At any rate, I apologize if this is lackluster, but hey, "work in progress", remember? feel free to comment, laugh, throw vegetables; whatever works for you. As you can see, I don't take myself too seriously, so I'm easy to deal with.
